The actual shipping cost is determined by the weight of the item(s) and the location, and will be displayed during checkout

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, international orders will be shipped using USPS Global Priority Mail, most of the time. USPS Global Express Mail is also available at an additional cost. The actual shipping cost is determined by the weight of the item(s) and the location, and will be displayed during checkout

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Please allow 48-72 busineses hours processing time for all orders. Once your order is processed, it will take approximately 3-4 business days for USPS Priority Mail, 1-2 business days for Express Mail, 7-10 days for USPS Global Priority Mail to Canada, and 10-13 for USPS Global Priority for all other international orders.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If your order has not arrived within this time frame, please check at your post office to see if it is on hold there. International orders may by stuck in customs. We are not responsible for unsuccessful shipments due to incorrect addresses that are inputed during checkout.

No, Intimates (ie. lingerie, underwear, bras, swim wear etc.) are non refundable.
 
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are fully confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange if it is made within 14 days of the SHIPPING date. Please review return policy carefully.

 
Please allow 3-4 weeks processing time. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.
-Returns must be made within 14 days of the SHIPPING date.
-Intimates (ie. lingerie, underwear, bras, swim wear etc.) are non-refundable.
-Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
-Return shipping is also the responsibility of the purchaser.
-All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.
-Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the original box. Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box as it will damage the shoe box, and your return will be refused.
