HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is determined by the weight of the item(s) and your location, and will be displayed during checkout.

We currently have a shipping promotion:

$7 flat rate shipping on all US domestic orders over $75.

$25 flat rate shipping on all International orders over $75.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. USPS Express Mail is also available at an additional cost at checkout. The actual shipping cost is determined by the weight of the item(s) and the location, and will be displayed during checkout.

 

We ship to all home and business addresses, as well as APO/FPO and PO Boxes.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders will be shipped using USPS Global Priority Mail, most of the time. USPS Global Express Mail is also available at an additional cost. Shipping is determined by the weight of the item(s) and your location, and will be displayed during checkout

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing time for all orders. Once your order is processed, it will take approximately 3-4 business days for USPS Priority Mail, 1-2 business days for Express Mail, and 14 business days for USPS Global Priority Mail for international orders. **PLEASE TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE PROCESSING TIME WHEN PLANNING THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE.


WHAT IF I AM IN A RUSH TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please send us an email at info@fashionjunkee.com letting us know when you need your order by. We will do our best to rush your order for you.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS MAIL?

Yes, we do. Depending on your location, shipping time for Express Mail is 1-2 business days (for US domestic orders) and is available at checkout. Please factor in processing time. It is always better to order as soon as possible to allow for your package to reach you in time. But if you are in a rush, please send us an email and we will do our best to rush your order for you.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If your order has not arrived within this time frame, please check with your post office to see if it is on hold there. International orders may by stuck in customs. We are not responsible for unsuccessful shipments due to incorrect addresses that are inputed during checkout.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

A shipping confirmation email is emailed to you once your order is processed. Please add info@fashionjunkee.com to your address book to ensure that you receive the confirmation email. If you did not receive it, please check your spam and junk mail folders.

WHAT HAPPENS IF PART OF MY ORDER IS ON BACKORDER?

All in-stock items will ship immediately. Backorder & pre-order items will ship as soon as they come in. You will only be charged once for shipping. There is no additional charge for shipping your backorder & pre-order items that ship seperately. (Some of our popular styles sell out even before they come in. So it's best to pre-order to make sure you get one!)

UNDELIVERABLE/REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable - the shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. These charges will be deducted from the refund.
