DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are shipped using USPS Priority  Mail. USPS Express Mail is also available at an additional cost at checkout. The actual shipping cost is determined by the weight of the item(s) and the location, and will be displayed during checkout.

We ship to all home and business addresses, as well as APO/FPO and PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders will be shipped using USPS Global Priority Mail, most of the time. Unfortunately, USPS Global Priority Mail does not offer any tracking information or delivery confirmation. USPS Global Express Mail is also available at an additional cost. This provides faster service and tracking information. The actual shipping cost is determined by the weight of the item(s) and the location, and will be displayed during checkout. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All Domestic US customers will be able to confirm that their order has been processed and shipped (usually 48-72 hours). Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a delivery confirmation number. Please note that this is a delivery confirmation number and not a tracking number.

International orders will not receive a tracking or delivery confirmation number unless it is sent via USPS Global Express Mail.

Shipping cost is determined by the weight of your item(s) and will be displayed during checkout.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

Please allow 48-72 hours processing time for all orders. Once your order is processed, it will take approximately 3-4 business days for USPS Priority Mail, 1-2 business days for Express Mail, 7-10 days for USPS Global Priority Mail to Canada, and 10-13 for USPS Global Priority for all other international orders. **PLEASE TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE PROCESSING TIME WHEN PLANNING THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE.
