DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

In accordance with state laws, sales tax is only charged to customers that are in California. Orders shipping to all other states will not be charged sales tax.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER WON'T GO THROUGH?

It is important to double check your address and order details before you submit your order. However, we understand that mistakes happen. We try our best to process all orders as soon as possible. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is determined by the weight of the item(s) and your location, and will be displayed during checkout.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, international orders will be shipped using USPS Global Priority Mail, most of the time. USPS Global Express Mail is also available at an additional cost. Shipping is determined by the weight of the item(s) and your location, and will be displayed during checkout.


WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship from California, United States.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing time for all orders. Once your order is processed, it will take approximately 3-4 business days for USPS Priority Mail, 1-2 business days for Express Mail, and 14 business days for USPS Global Priority Mail for international orders.


WHAT IF I AM IN A RUSH TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please send us an email at [email protected] letting us know when you need your order by and include "RUSH ORDER" in the subject line. Also leave a note at checkout. We will do our best to rush your order for you.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS MAIL?

Yes, we do. Depending on your location, shipping time for Express Mail is 1-2 business days (for US domestic orders) and is available at checkout. Please factor in processing time. It is always better to order as soon as possible to allow for your package to reach you in time. But if you are in a rush, please send us an email and we will do our best to rush your order for you.


WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If your order has not arrived within this time frame, please check with your post office to see if it is on hold there. International orders may by stuck in customs. We are not responsible for unsuccessful shipments due to incorrect addresses that are inputed during checkout.


WHAT HAPPENS IF PART OF MY ORDER IS ON BACKORDER?

All in-stock items will ship immediately. Backorder & pre-order items will ship as soon as they come in. You will only be charged once for shipping. There is no additional charge for shipping your backorder & pre-order items that ship seperately. (Some of our popular styles sell out even before they come in. So it's best to pre-order to make sure you get one!)

WHY CAN'T I ADD AN ITEM TO MY CART?

The item that you are trying to order is probably sold out in your size or color. Please send us an email and we can double check if it's sold out. Some of our styles sell out quickly! So if you see something you like, order it while you can :) Don't miss out on a good thing.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We always want to make sure that our customers are happy with their purchase! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. There are no restocking fees for returns or exchanges. Just send it back. It's that simple! Please review our return policy carefully.


RETURN POLICY:
Please allow 4 weeks processing time. We are taking extra safety measures due to Covid-19. Please be patient. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.
-Returns must be made within 14 days of the shipping date.
-Intimates (ie. lingerie, underwear, bras, swim wear etc.) are non-refundable.
-Face Masks are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges are accepted due to the nature of the product.
-Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
-Any discounts that was used at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund.
-Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
-All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.
-Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the original box. Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box as it will damage the shoe box, and your return will be refused.
