WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We always want to make sure that our customers are happy with their purchase! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. There are no restocking fees for returns or exchanges. Just send it back. It's that simple! Please review our return policy carefully.


RETURN POLICY:
Please allow 4 weeks processing time. We are taking extra safety measures due to Covid-19. Please be patient. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.
-Returns must be made within 14 days of the shipping date.
-Intimates (ie. lingerie, underwear, bras, swim wear etc.) are non-refundable.
-Face Masks are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges are accepted due to the nature of the product.
-Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
-Any discounts that was used at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund.
-Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
-All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.
-Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the original box. Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box as it will damage the shoe box, and your return will be refused.

Be sure to include 1) a copy of your receipt 2) a written description of  your reason for return/exchange, and 3) your order number. **ONLY SHIP USING USPS-POSTAL SERVICE. DO NOT SEND RETURNS VIA UPS, FEDEX, OR OTHER CARRIERS AS THEY DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
Please send your item(s) back for an exchange following the instructions in our return policy above. Simply leave a note saying that you want an exchange.

However, if you would like your exchanged item faster or would like to ensure your new size/style is still available, please place a new order for the new size and send your item back for a refund instead of an exchange. Many of our styles sell out quickly. This will ensure that your size is still in stock and that you receive it faster.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, or if an item is missing from your order, please email us within 7 days so that we can resolve the issue for you in a timely manner.

CAN I RETURN INTIMATES?

No, Intimates (ie. lingerie, underwear, bras, swim wear etc.) are non-refundable.
